The joint stock company "Olaine chemical plant BIOLAR” (AS “Olaines ķīmiskā rūpnīca BIOLARS”), which was established via reorganization, is the legal successor of all the rights and obligations, without any exclusion, of LLC "Olaine chemical plant BIOLAR".
